In case you haven’t noticed, we’re pretty fond of the thriving blogosphere, and when we’re not featuring the latest and greatest fashion bloggers in our own little corner of the World Wide Web, you can find us on the hunt for cute outfit inspiration via Instagram. What can we say? We’ve fallen hook, line and sinker for the blogger craze!

If you too have given way to blogger fever, then, this post will be right up your street. Read on to discover some of our favourite fashion bloggers of 2014.

Helming the cute fashion category is Dunya, otherwise known as Dearest Deer. Queen of white shirts, kitsch animal accessories and high heels, Dunya combines feminine silhouettes with modern apparel creating a refreshingly cool take on this season’s best-loved trends.
Catch Dunya championing all things girly on her blog, Instagram and Twitter accounts respectively.

Meet Beki, a 20 something fashion blogger with a penchant for bargain buys and independent fashion brands. When she’s not testing out the latest beauty products on her blog, she’s tweeting up a storm or showing off her latest purchases on Instagram.
We were delighted when Beki agreed to feature the Nica Judy compartment bag in a recent outfit post, and love the combination of girly florals and Mary Jane shoes juxtaposed with a tough leather skirt and cartazi hat. Follow Beki for chic hair style tutorials, outfit inspiration and money saving tips galore.

Twitter Handle: Rebeccacohen

Rebecca Cohen has that natural, girl next door innocence about her which makes us long for adventures in the sun and curly hair. Obsessed with playful prints, tan shoes and travelling, we love following Rebecca’s blog updates all the way from Munich, Germany where she currently works as an intern for Stylight.
Just like Beki from Smock to Frock, Rebecca also has a passion for bargains, particularly the charity shop variety. Whether it’s a vintage leather belt snapped up for 10p from a charity shop or a scalloped blouse from a well-known brand, you’ll regularly find Rebecca sharing second hand pieces mixed with high street garments on her blog.

Discover What’s Inside My Handbag: Nica Kim

It’s every Bloggers' favourite topic, so, we thought that as a handbag company it would be a fitting idea to put our own two pennies' worth in. And who better to do the honours than our Senior Designer Nica Kim herself?

Nica Kim reveals what’s inside her bag
From dashing in-between meetings to travelling the world for inspiration, life as a Designer is exciting and hectic, so, I like to ensure that my bag is prepped for every eventuality. The Alicia satchel in tan is my current go-to bag and one of my favourites from the collection. It’s lightweight, stylish and roomy enough to store all my daily essentials inside. As a working woman, I understand the need to strike a balance between practicality and style, and so, I really tried to champion this philosophy with the design.

Here's a peak of what's inside my bag!

Currently, it consists of:

- Yellow diary from MMMG
- Benefit Hello Flawless make-up
- TopShop All About Me Lipstick
- San face mist from Japan
- Hair Clip by Aznavour Paris
- iPod Nano pink
- iPhone
- iPhone white case from a Korean market
- Crabtree and Evelyn pomegranate hand care lotion
- Fabric multi-tape from Korean
- Striped pencil from the Charlotte Street Hotel
- From hotel MANI Berlin
- Sunglasses from a Korean market

Are there any Holy Grail products which have a permanent home inside your handbag? Show us by tagging your pics on twitter with @Nica_Handbags or instagram @NicaHandbags. And we'll re-tweet our favourites!!

Love,
Xxx

Discover Nica's A/W 13 Lookbook

As hazy-lazy days give way to cool September breezes, we've been busy bees at Nica HQ. A new season means a new collection and this autumn is all about androgynous tom boy style meets soft romance, 1960’s inspired doctor’s bags, bohemian vintage, warm tones and classic shapes with modern twists.

For day and night, work and play, we have Nica handbags and accessories for every eventuality, whether it be the mustard Susie tote for shopping or the tan Marnie camera bag for a statement piece.
Let’s take a look at some of the imagery which inspired the collection and a few of our key pieces:

Plaid trousers, pixie hair cuts, grandpa printed jumpers and two toned brogues, tom boy style is all about merging masculine silhouettes and feminine flair. Eclectic and powerful with colourful embellishment, our Lucia Doctors bag in charcoal is a tom boy inspired modern interpretation of the traditional Doctor's bag.

This season at Nica we’re heading back in time to the swinging sixties for some psychedelic prints, peace, love and bell-bottomed flares…Ok, maybe not the flares! The sixties were all about bright colours, playful florals and bold prints. Our Marnie crossbody and Susie crossbody in flamboyant shades of mustard yellow capture the essence of this era.

Watercolour print, tulip print, dotted print…We’re going into print overdrive as our Nica play collection explodes with three Nica Kim designed prints in a variety of colour palettes and styles. Hot pink make-up cases, terre verte purses and navy satchels, our play collection is all about floral bags that have a strong focus on everyday wear and all products are finished with a playful branded bicycle motif.

What do you think of our A/W collection
